Step 1: Assessment & Preparation

We assess the space, traffic levels and existing concrete before preparing the surface. This includes diamond grinding, repairs and moisture checks to ensure the coating bonds correctly and performs long term.

Step 2: System Application

A primer and base coats are applied to suit the environment. Step 3: Top Coat & Safety

A protective topcoat is applied for wear resistance, chemical protection and easier cleaning. We can add a slip-resistant additive to meet safety requirements and finish with line marking or designated zones if needed.

Step 4: Cure & Handover

Once cured, we complete a final inspection and provide handover guidance, including return-to-service times and simple maintenance tips to keep the floor performing long term. We aim to minimise downtime and keep disruption to your operations as low as possible.
